Cookies and Analytics

Last updated: 25 July 2026

The short version

ADHD Reflect uses almost nothing. There is no analytics tool, no page-view counting and no visitor profiling. There are no advertising cookies. We do not let other companies track you on our site. What little we store in your browser is there to keep paid access working and to remember a preference you set.

What we store in your browser

We do not use tracking cookies. We use your browser’s local storage for two practical things:

Neither of these follows you to other websites. Clearing your browser storage removes them. If you clear the access token, you can get back in using the link in your original purchase email.

Analytics

There is no analytics tool on this site.

We do not count how many people visit, we do not record which pages you look at, and we do not build any profile of you. We removed analytics rather than reach for a “privacy-friendly” version of it, because for what this site is, we would rather collect nothing.

If we ever add anything here, we will update this page and the Privacy policy first.

What we do not use

We do not use:

Email tracking

Our welcome email and weekly practice emails are sent through Resend.

Open tracking and click tracking are both switched off. That means we do not record whether you opened an email or clicked a link inside it. We send the email and that is the end of it.

Your choices

You can:

There is no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
