Cookies and Analytics
Last updated: 27 July 2026
The short version
ADHD Reflect uses almost nothing. We use no third-party analytics and no visitor profiling, and there are no advertising cookies. We do keep our own first-party count of how many times each page is viewed per day, stored on our own infrastructure with no cookies and nothing that identifies you. We do not let other companies track you on our site. What little we store in your browser is there to keep paid access working and to remember a preference you set.
What we store in your browser
We do not use tracking cookies. We use your browser’s local storage for two practical things:
- Paid access. When you buy Both of You, your access token is saved in your browser so you stay signed in on that device without logging in every time. There are no accounts and no passwords, so this backup is how the device remembers you.
- Country preference. If you have picked a country for support resources, we remember your choice so you do not have to set it again.
Neither of these follows you to other websites. Clearing your browser storage removes them. If you clear the access token, you can get back in using the link in your original purchase email.
Analytics
We use no third-party analytics tool. Instead we keep a small first-party count of our own.
That count is simple: how many times each page was viewed, per day. It lives on our own infrastructure (Cloudflare KV). It uses no cookies, and it stores no IP addresses, no user agents and nothing that identifies you or links one visit to another. Because of that it cannot tell how many unique people visited, only how many times a page was loaded. The counts are deleted automatically after 90 days.
We keep this so we can see which pages are useful and which are not. We do not build any profile of you, and we do not track you from page to page.
If we ever change this, we will update this page and the Privacy policy first.
What we do not use
We do not use:
- Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics tool;
- Plausible, Fathom, Simple Analytics or any other hosted analytics service;
- Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or similar advertising trackers;
- ad networks;
- session-replay tools that record what you type or click;
- cross-site tracking cookies;
- any tool that captures the text you type into forms, including the assistant.
Email tracking
Our welcome email and weekly practice emails are sent through Resend.
Open tracking and click tracking are both switched off. That means we do not record whether you opened an email or clicked a link inside it. We send the email and that is the end of it.
Your choices
You can:
- clear your browser storage at any time (the site still works; you may need the link from your purchase email to get back into Both of You);
- use a private or incognito window for any visit you do not want remembered;
- ask us to delete any data we hold about you (see the Privacy policy).
There is no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
